What is CPD?
The Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is defined as “the systematic maintenance, improvement and broadening of knowledge and skills, and development of personal qualities for the execution of professional and technical duties throughout the planters’` working life.”
The CPD is an IIPM’s strategy to ensure that its members are equipped with the latest competencies required to face the challenges and complexities of the plantation and agriculture industries – today and in the future.
